This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the highest temperature recorded at the Singapore Changi Airport Station in degrees Celsius on 4 May '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from Wunderground, specifically the highest temperature recorded for all times on this day by the Forecast for the Singapore Changi Airport Station once information is finalized, available here: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/sg/singapore/WSSS. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the gear icon next to the search bar and switch the Temperature setting between °F and °C. This market can not resolve to "Yes" until all data for this date has been finalized. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Trader consensus overwhelmingly favors a highest temperature of 31°C at Singapore's Changi Airport station today, backed by real-time observational data from the Meteorological Service Singapore showing a late-morning peak of 31.7°C amid persistent cloud cover and early thundery showers characteristic of inter-monsoon conditions. Afternoon showers, now affecting most areas per NEA nowcasts, suppress solar heating and limit convective warming, aligning with model guidance for moderated highs despite the May climatological average of 31–33°C. Realistic challenges include unexpected clearing after showers allowing brief intense heating to 32°C or higher before sunset, though 60–95% shower probabilities and historical analogs under similar patterns make this unlikely, with resolution drawing from Wunderground's daily max at WSSS.
