The Partido Liberal (PL) holds an overwhelming 89% trader consensus to secure the most seats in Brazil's Chamber of Deputies after the October 2026 election, reflecting its position as the largest current bloc following the April party-switching window that added roughly nine seats to reach around 99-100 deputies. Sustained right-wing momentum, bolstered by Senator Flávio Bolsonaro's presidential candidacy under the PL banner and alignment with evangelical and rural voter bases, underpins this edge in open-list proportional representation contests across states. Coattails from competitive presidential polling and strong candidate recruitment have consolidated PL's lead over fragmented centrist and left-leaning groups such as Missão, União Brasil, and FE Brasil. No major recent shifts have altered this positioning in the final months before the vote.
