Recent low uptake and slow processing have shaped trader consensus around minimal 2026 sales for the Trump Gold Card residency program, which grants expedited permanent residency in exchange for a $1 million contribution plus fees. Launched in late 2025 after a September executive order, the initiative saw early administration claims of over $1 billion in commitments, yet official updates through April 2026 confirmed only one approval amid hundreds in queue, with just 338 requests and 165 processing fees paid. Delays in DHS vetting, legal challenges over program structure, visa backlogs for high-demand nationalities, and competition with existing employment-based pathways have limited momentum. These factors position the 1-100 range as the dominant outcome in market pricing, reflecting trader assessment of persistent administrative and procedural constraints.
