OpenAI's current $852 billion post-money valuation, established through its record $122 billion funding round closed in late March 2026, forms the baseline for any near-term movement toward a higher threshold by June 30. Recent product updates, including expanded ChatGPT features for personal finance and enhanced context handling in sensitive conversations, alongside a new Dell partnership for enterprise Codex deployment, underscore accelerating adoption and revenue momentum that traders view as supportive of sustained or incremental valuation gains. Competitive dynamics with peers like Anthropic, which recently reached a $350 billion mark, and ongoing preparations for a potential late-2026 IPO continue to influence sentiment, while the upcoming DevDay conference in September offers a later catalyst rather than an immediate one. Market-implied odds reflect trader assessment of whether secondary share activity or internal milestones could push the private valuation higher before the end of the second quarter.

If NPM has not published relevant data for all business dates in the specified period by 1:00 PM ET on July 1, 2026, this market may remain open until 11:59 PM ET on July 4, 2026. If no further data is released by that time, the market will resolve according to the data available.
If NPM ceases publishing relevant data prior to the end of the specified period, this market will resolve based on the NPM data published for the period prior to the cessation of coverage, as well as any applicable public market capitalization data following an IPO or direct listing.
