Trader consensus on Polymarket heavily favors "No" at 94% for Elon Musk securing full custody of his son Romulus with influencer Ashley St. Clair, reflecting the absence of any confirmed court filing or favorable rulings nearly four months after Musk's January 12 public X post threatening action over her pro-transgender statements. St. Clair's prior 2025 New York Supreme Court petition for sole custody and paternity test initiated the ongoing dispute, where family courts prioritize maternal custody for young children absent extraordinary unfitness evidence—unlikely here amid political rhetoric rather than abuse claims. Recent public clashes, including child support cuts and St. Clair's MAGA exodus, highlight tensions but no momentum shift. A May 29 hearing looms as the next catalyst, though full custody remains a high bar.
