This market will resolve to “Yes” if any Federal or State jurisdiction of the United States formally charges or otherwise announces a criminal indictment of Dalton Eatherly (known as Chud The Builder) between market creation and May 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. For the purposes of this market the District of Columbia and any county, municipality, or other subdivision of a State shall be included within the definition of a State. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from US governmental sources, however a wide consensus of credible reporting will also be used. Viral IRL streamer Chud the Builder (Dalton Eatherly), notorious for rage-bait confrontations and racially charged livestreams in Nashville and Clarksville, sees trader consensus split at 50% implied probability of facing charges by May 20, balancing his confirmed May 9 misdemeanor arrests for theft of services under $1,000, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest after a steakhouse dispute against no escalation to felonies yet. FBI involvement post-arrest—including phone seizure and counterterrorism questioning—stems from his provocative online persona and prior grand jury review of harassment allegations, heightening uncertainty amid polarized public sentiment. Key swing factors: imminent court hearings, DA decisions on enhancements, or federal indictment announcements before the deadline.
