Alibaba leads trader consensus at 65.5% due to its scale in cloud infrastructure, enterprise adoption of Qwen models, and recent releases like Qwen3.7-Max that ranked fourth globally on coding leaderboards ahead of several U.S. rivals. Z.ai holds 32.5% on the strength of its open-weight GLM-5 and GLM-5.1 series, which topped multiple 2026 benchmarks for reasoning and efficiency while securing major funding and IPO visibility. Moonshot trails at 2.3% despite strong Kimi agentic and video capabilities, reflecting its smaller commercial footprint relative to the two leaders. Lower odds for Baidu, DeepSeek, and others stem from narrower deployment reach or focus on cost rather than broad ecosystem dominance, with no major model breakthroughs shifting the field in the past month.
