Alibaba leads trader consensus at 76.5% for best Chinese AI company by end of June due to sustained momentum from its Qwen model family, including recent Qwen3 releases that excel in benchmarks for reasoning, coding, and multimodal tasks, alongside deep integration across its e-commerce and cloud platforms driving high token usage and agent deployments. Z.ai holds second at 18% on the back of its GLM-5 launch emphasizing coding and autonomous task handling. Baidu, ByteDance, and DeepSeek trail at single digits or below following earlier Ernie and V-series updates that have not displaced Alibaba's scale advantages in commercial infrastructure and open-weight adoption. Upcoming leaderboard updates through June could still shift positioning if rivals deliver major efficiency or performance gains.
