This reflects broad trader consensus on the absence of a single dominant candidate heading into the expanded 48-team tournament. Multiple high-profile attackers and midfielders enter with strong club form and international experience, while the award’s emphasis on overall tournament impact leaves room for breakout performances from any squad that advances deep. Historical patterns of distributed excellence across group and knockout stages further support the current competitive spread.
