Trader consensus overwhelmingly favors "No" at 95.2% implied probability for Elon Musk securing full custody of his son Romulus with Ashley St. Clair, reflecting the absence of any confirmed court filings or rulings since Musk's January 2026 public announcement on X, where he cited concerns over her evolving pro-transgender statements. High-profile celebrity custody battles typically drag on for years, with courts prioritizing the mother's primary caregiving role and favoring joint arrangements over sole paternal control, especially given Musk's dozen-plus children and history of financial support settlements rather than hands-on parenting. No fresh developments in the past 30 days signal progress, underscoring inherent unpredictability in personal matters resolved by private judicial orders. Realistic upsets include an expedited welfare-based ruling, though temporary orders won't qualify absent finality.
