Trader consensus prices all projected starting goalkeepers—ranging from stars like Thibaut Courtois, Alisson Becker, and Manuel Neuer to underdog anchors like Vozinha and Meshaal Barsham—at 49.5% implied probability for most clean sheets, reflecting intense parity in the freshly drawn 48-team FIFA World Cup 2026 field. The recent conclusion of intercontinental playoffs has locked in the full roster of nations, but with group stage schedules set to deliver at least three matches per team, outcomes hinge on defensive matchups, advancement paths, and final No. 1 confirmations amid no standout qualifier shutout leaders. Powerhouses face stiff competition that limits easy clean sheets, while minnows eye shutouts against peers, keeping the race tightly contested across confederations.
