Yesterday's semifinals solidified the matchup: ninth-seeded Andreeva saved three set points to outlast Hailey Baptiste 6-7(7), 6-3, 7-6(4), while 26th-seeded Kostyuk rebounded from a second-set lapse for a 6-2, 1-6, 6-1 win over Anastasia Potapova. With Kostyuk leading their lone prior head-to-head and both thriving at high-altitude La Caja Mágica, the closely contested final underscores stylistic clashes in baseline power and defense, absent major injury concerns.
