OpenAI closed a record $122 billion round in March at an $852 billion post-money valuation, while Anthropic is advancing talks for a $30–50 billion raise at $900–950 billion—more than double its February $380 billion mark—and secondary shares have traded near $1 trillion. These moves reflect accelerating revenue trajectories and institutional demand for AI exposure. Meta’s equity, trading near $1.55 trillion with a market cap in the same range, offers a public benchmark against which the private AI pair’s momentum is measured. Key catalysts ahead include any finalization of Anthropic’s round and Meta’s next earnings release, both of which could shift the relative valuations before the June 30 snapshot.
