Ekaterina Alexandrova enters the Libema Open on grass as the clear favorite against Panna Udvardy, reflecting her higher WTA ranking near No. 14 and strong historical results at the event, where she has captured two titles and reached the semifinals or better in multiple recent editions. Alexandrova arrives with solid grass-court form and familiarity on the fast surface in 's-Hertogenbosch, while Udvardy, ranked around No. 59-71, transitions from clay-court play at Roland Garros with a 14-13 record in 2026. The pair has no prior head-to-head meetings. Key variables include any late withdrawals, official seedings, and early-round momentum as the WTA 250 tournament begins in two days.
