Trader consensus heavily favors Maxx Crosby remaining with the Las Vegas Raiders at 77.8% implied probability, anchored by his three-year, $106.5 million extension signed in March 2025 that guarantees $59 million through 2027, including a $30 million 2026 base salary and $35.8 million cap hit. A blockbuster trade to the Baltimore Ravens—agreed March 6 for 2026-27 first-round picks—collapsed March 11 after medical concerns surfaced during the physical, prompting Crosby to publicly recommit as a Raider and GM John Spytek to affirm retention post-draft. Elevated odds for Tennessee Titans (45.7%), Green Bay Packers (41.9%), and others like Atlanta Falcons and Jacksonville Jaguars reflect ongoing speculation of Raiders cap maneuvering or EDGE needs on those rosters, though no new deals have materialized in the past month.
