This market will resolve according to the team that is declared as the NFC South division champion for the 2026 NFL regular season. If multiple teams tie atop the division, this market will resolve according to the official tiebreak procedure of the NFL. If the 2026 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 17, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared for this division within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Following the 2026 NFL Draft, trader consensus on Polymarket gives the Tampa Bay Buccaneers a slim 36% implied probability to claim the NFC South title, buoyed by roster continuity around Baker Mayfield, defensive reinforcements like free agent LB Alex Anzalone and first-round DE Rueben Bain Jr., and a track record of recent division success despite missing playoffs in 2025. Carolina Panthers trail at 29% as defending champions via tiebreaker at 8-9 last year, bolstered by additions like DE Jaelan Phillips and LB Devin Lloyd, while the Saints' aggressive free agency haul—RB Travis Etienne Jr. and LB Kaden Elliss—lifts them to 23%, and Falcons' pass-catching upgrades push 20.5%. The bunched odds reflect parity in a weak division, with all four teams addressing key needs through offseason moves amid uncertain QB development for Bryce Young, Michael Penix Jr., and New Orleans' situation.
