Royal Riders Punjab enter as favorites in trader consensus following their 4-wicket chase of Mumbai Spartans' 163 in a rain-shortened 15-over league clash on March 19, powered by Thisara Perera's explosive 38 off 14 balls, highlighting their strong finishing allrounders like Rishi Dhawan and Chaturanga de Silva. RRP also advanced past MS in semi-final 2 via walkover after a wet outfield cancellation, underscoring superior momentum with a 60% win rate across 5 matches versus MS's 40%. Key factors include Haldwani pitch favoring high-scoring T20 run chases, Sreesanth's leadership for MS amid bowling vulnerabilities, and no reported injuries; toss winner likely bats first if dry, though rain remains a disruption risk.
