The Washington Nationals, sitting at 31-32 and third in the NL East, visit the San Francisco Giants (25-38, fourth in the NL West) for a three-game series at Oracle Park beginning June 8. The Giants hold home-field advantage on their home turf, where recent pitching has been a strength behind starters like Logan Webb. Washington’s rotation faces questions with several arms on the injured list, including Jake Irvin, while the Giants continue to battle inconsistency in the NL West standings. Recent interleague results and bullpen reliability will likely shape outcomes in this matchup between two clubs outside the playoff picture.
