The 17-year-old Italian, on a hot streak with a 10-6 hard-court record this year including a 2-0 upset over Omar Farahat yesterday and a prior win over No. 1032 Karim Ibrahim, brings momentum and youth that could fuel an upset. No head-to-head exists; key factors include serve efficiency on fast hard courts, potential fatigue for Garbero on short turnaround, and hot Hurghada conditions favoring endurance.
