Gloucestershire host Warwickshire Bears in the Central Group of the 2026 Vitality T20 Blast at the Seat Unique Stadium in Bristol on May 22, marking an early-season fixture in the revamped condensed schedule. Both counties enter with refreshed squads after the winter break, and Gloucestershire will look to leverage home conditions on what is typically a balanced pitch favoring aggressive batting in the powerplay and death overs. Warwickshire’s bowling attack, led by experienced seamers, will aim to restrict the hosts’ top order, while recent group-stage adjustments emphasize quick adaptation to the new format. Historical head-to-head results in T20 cricket between these sides remain closely contested, with momentum from pre-season nets and squad depth likely to influence early momentum.
