Trader consensus on Polymarket reflects overwhelming confidence in FIFA's commitment to the original 2026 World Cup schedule across 11 U.S. host cities, with venues like AT&T Stadium, MetLife Stadium, and SoFi Stadium fully prepared for group stage through semifinals. Recent security concerns—including congressional calls for National Guard drone countermeasures on April 27 and FAA safety protocols announced April 2—have prompted federal task force coordination but no venue disruptions, as organizers emphasize robust infrastructure and airspace protections. Iran's early April request to shift its matches to Mexico was swiftly denied by FIFA, echoing 2025 dismissals of political rhetoric on "unsafe" cities, underscoring the tournament's locked logistics just months from kickoff.
