Napoli holds a commanding trader consensus at 70% implied probability for Serie A second place after matchday 34, sitting on 69 points—two clear of AC Milan (67) and five ahead of Juventus (64)—bolstered by recent dominant wins like 4-0 over Cremonese and a crucial 1-0 victory against Milan on April 6 that propelled them up the table. Milan's 26% reflects their potent +21 goal difference and consistent form, though a goalless draw with Juventus last weekend stalled momentum in the tight Champions League qualification race behind leaders Inter (79 points). Juventus at 10.5% benefits from a league-best +28 GD but faces a tougher path with four matches remaining, while Inter's 10% accounts for slim upset potential if Napoli surges to the title.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
