Napoli commands 69.5% implied probability for Serie A's second-place finish, entrenched in that table spot with 66 points—three clear of AC Milan (63) and Juventus (60)—bolstered by superior goal difference (+49 for leaders Inter vs. Napoli's strong scoring output) and four matches remaining. Recent developments cement this: Napoli's pivotal 1-0 derby win over Milan leapfrogged them into second, followed by a dominant 4-0 rout of Cremonese, while Inter's 2-2 draw at Torino preserved their 10-point title lead without threatening the chase. Milan's goalless draw versus Juventus underscores their competitive but faltering form in the Champions League qualification battle, positioning them as the primary challenger at 25%, with Inter's remote 14.9% chance reflecting scant risk of a second-place slide and Juventus trailing amid Como's unlikely surge.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
