Rebels Gaming and Fnatic face off in a BO3 7th place decider in the Europe MENA League 2026 Kickoff playoffs lower bracket, with the winner securing superior points toward BLAST R6 Salt Lake City Major 2026 qualification and $2,250 prize money. Both squads exited earlier via 0-2 losses in lower quarterfinals—Rebels Gaming swept by Shifters on Bank and Kafe (April 15), Fnatic falling 1-2 to Team Secret despite a Lair win. Group stage showed mixed results, with Rebels' ex-Secret Academy roster (Elemzje, Linkoo, Asa, Feno, Marteau) earning MVPs like Elemzje, while Fnatic (Hauva, DEADSHT, croqson) struggled post-upsets to Twisted Minds and G2. Recent form favors neither decisively, highlighting stylistic matchups in a high-stakes placement battle.
