Jannik Sinner's 66.5% implied probability as 2026 French Open favorite stems from his world No. 1 dominance, including a straight-sets Monte-Carlo Masters 1000 triumph over Carlos Alcaraz two weeks ago—his first clay Masters title—and an ongoing 28-2 season record. Alcaraz's withdrawal from Roland Garros due to a right wrist injury, announced last week after skipping Madrid, clears Sinner's path to a career Grand Slam while dropping the Spaniard's odds to 0.6%. Alexander Zverev (7.1%) follows as a clay specialist with a 24-7 2026 mark and Madrid advancement, ahead of Novak Djokovic (5.5%), whose shoulder concerns and limited clay prep temper expectations despite his 24 major titles. Rising Frenchman Arthur Fils (4.8%) gains from a strong Madrid semifinal run against Sinner. Rome results next week could shift dynamics ahead of the late-May clay Grand Slam.
