Alycia Parks enters this grass-court qualifying opener at the HSBC Championships in London holding the clear ranking edge as world No. 79 against Maddison Inglis at No. 141. Parks brings an 18-16 seasonal record that includes main-draw progress on clay and a powerful serve suited to the fast Queen’s Club surface, while Inglis sits at 6-7 after a first-round exit in Birmingham. Their only prior meeting ended in a Parks straight-sets win on hard courts in 2021. Recent form and the grass conditions that reward big serving and movement give Parks the stronger recent momentum heading into the match, though both players face the typical uncertainty of early qualifying rounds.
