Stripe’s latest tender offer in February 2026 established a $159 billion valuation, reflecting a 49% increase from September 2025 and strong investor demand from firms including Thrive Capital, Coatue, and a16z. This pricing was supported by $1.9 trillion in 2025 payment volume (up 34% year-over-year) and robust profitability, with the company’s ancillary revenue products tracking toward a $1 billion annual run rate. No new primary funding rounds, tender offers, or IPO filings have been announced since February, and co-founders have reiterated a preference for remaining private. With resolution set for June 30—just weeks away—any movement in implied valuation would require an unscheduled liquidity event or material shift in secondary-market trading, both of which remain low-probability catalysts in the immediate term.
