Martin's youth, higher ranking, and recent ITF experience—including a straight-sets loss to Bruno Kuzuhara in last week's Tallahassee M15—contrast with Haviland's gritty qualifying run, defeating Nicolas Simkin and Dakotah Bobo over the past 48 hours for momentum at his home venue, Roger Scott Tennis Center. No head-to-head history exists; trader consensus reflects Martin's stylistic matchup advantage on clay, tempered by Haviland's local support and veteran resilience amid short turnaround.
