Arthur Fery and Bu Yunchaokete meet in the semifinals of the 2026 Lexus Birmingham Open ATP Challenger on grass at Edgbaston Priory Club. Fery, the British qualifier, enters on strong momentum after defeating third seed Rinky Hijikata 7-6(2), 6-4 to reach this stage, improving his 2026 record to 17-9 with a perfect 3-0 mark on the surface. The pair split their prior two hard-court encounters 1-1, with matches often extending beyond two hours. Play has already been suspended once due to rain during the match, leaving resumption timing and court conditions as key variables that could influence serving efficiency and baseline rallies in the remainder of the contest.
