In the ATP Challenger Rome Round of 32 on clay, No. 2 seed Chun-Hsin Tseng (ATP ~160) faces Nerman Fatic (ATP ~240) in their first head-to-head matchup, with traders weighing Tseng's superior ranking and experience against Fatic's recent clay-court surge. Fatic reached the Madrid Challenger quarterfinals last week, upsetting Pol Martin Tiffon in a three-set thriller before defeating Franco Agamenone and falling to Nicolas Jarry, showcasing strong baseline play and resilience on the surface. Tseng, meanwhile, exited early in Oeiras last week and qualifiers at Bucharest and Indian Wells, raising questions about his form amid a 17-39 YTD record. No reported injuries; expect a grinding affair testing endurance on Rome's slower clay, with Fatic's momentum potentially fueling an upset bid.
