Trader consensus reflects a dead-even matchup for Samsung Lions hosting Kiwoom Heroes at Daegu Samsung Lions Park, driven by mutual injury crises offsetting Samsung's home-field edge. Samsung sits fourth in KBO standings at roughly 12-11-1, but outfielder Park Seung-kyu remains sidelined with lingering lower back pain from their late-April series loss to Kiwoom, while Kiwoom grapples with 13 players on the injured list, including key starters, contributing to their sub-.500 record. Recent head-to-heads were tight, with Kiwoom's 6-4 win on April 24 highlighting vulnerabilities in both bullpens. Developments like confirmed lineup returns or pitcher announcements could shift probabilities, as both squads show inconsistent form post-Samsung's snapped seven-game skid.
