Joblife holds a slight edge entering the VCL France Revolution Stage 2 playoffs grand final BO5 against WIP Esports on May 12, thanks to their upper-bracket path and two-map ban advantage, following a 2-1 upset over the undefeated group stage leader WIP (7-0 record, +54 round differential) in the May 3 upper semifinals. Joblife, who scraped into playoffs fourth at 3-4, then edged Mandatory 2-1 in the upper final on May 4. WIP rebounded strongly through lower bracket, dominating F9 EICAR 2-0 and Mandatory 3-1 in the May 5 BO5 lower final. Head-to-head split this event—WIP won their group stage clash—sets up a competitive rematch with both rosters intact amid current patch meta favoring versatile agent pools.
