Mohamed Diomande leads the UEFA Europa League red card tally with two dismissals during Rangers' campaign, now ended after quarter-final exit, setting a high bar as semi-finals begin on April 30. SC Freiburg midfielder Maximilian Eggestein, with one sending-off including a notable ejection versus Lille in quarters, and Nottingham Forest's Elliot Anderson, dismissed straight red against Braga in January, trail closely but hold live opportunities across two-legged semi-final ties—Freiburg vs Braga, Forest vs Aston Villa—plus a potential final. Trader consensus reflects this tight race, balancing Diomande's uncatchable total against the frontrunners' knockout intensity, disciplinary histories, and minutes exposure in high-stakes matches where tempers often flare.
