Napoli holds a firm grip on second place in the Serie A table after matchday 34, sitting on 69 points—two clear of AC Milan (67) and five ahead of Juventus (64)—with Inter uncatchable at 79 points atop the standings. Trader consensus prices reflect Napoli's recent momentum, including a dominant 4-0 thrashing of Cremonese last weekend that widened their buffer over Milan, whose mixed form (D W L L W) has stalled their chase despite a strong goal difference (+21). Juventus lurk with solid recent results (D W W W D) and superior GD (+28), fueling their 10.5% implied probability amid the tight Champions League race, while Inter's slim chance stems from potential late slips. Roma trails at 61 points, minimizing upset risk with four matches left.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
