Stroud amid rivals' lighter hauls. Jaguars' 13-4 dominance and Trevor Lawrence's growth keep them neck-and-neck despite missing early selections, while Indianapolis Colts (17%) eye Anthony Richardson's dual-threat upside from their 8-9 finish, and Tennessee Titans (12.5%) trail with roster questions.
