The St. Louis Cardinals (38-30) hold a stronger position in the NL Central than the Minnesota Twins (32-40) in the AL Central entering their June 14 series finale at Target Field. St. Louis has shown recent offensive momentum, including a three-homer seventh inning in a 9-6 win on June 13 after dropping the opener 8-9. The Cardinals’ rotation and lineup depth provide an edge, while Minnesota continues to manage multiple pitching injuries, including starters Bailey Ober and David Festa plus relievers on the IL. Both clubs feature power threats capable of altering game outcomes, but the Twins’ sub-.500 record and bullpen inconsistencies have shaped trader views on the matchup. Home-field factors and bullpen availability remain key variables for the finale.
