Trader consensus prices Jishan Liang at 50% implied probability in this ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals London 2026 men's singles matchup against Flavien Coton, highlighting a competitive balance despite Coton's superior world ranking (#23 vs. Liang's #190). The 34-year-old American left-hand shakehand attacker's veteran experience and familiarity with high-pressure team events counter the 17-year-old French prodigy's explosive recent form, including a WTT Contender title in March and strong group stage showings for France over the past week. Liang's Major League Table Tennis performances add upset potential; late injury reports or fatigue from multi-match days could tip odds, as both navigate grueling best-of-five formats in group play.
