Top-seeded Elena Rybakina, world No. 2 and 2023 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix champion, meets sixth-seeded Mirra Andreeva in the Stuttgart semifinals on indoor clay, where Rybakina seeks a second title. Rybakina advanced yesterday via a gritty quarterfinal comeback against Leylah Fernandez, 6-7(5), 6-4, 7-6(6), saving two match points after a straight-sets win over Diana Shnaider. The 18-year-old Andreeva rides massive momentum from upsets over defending champion Jelena Ostapenko, Alycia Parks, and world No. 1 Iga Swiatek 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 in the quarters—her third straight win over Swiatek. Andreeva leads their head-to-head 2-1 on hard courts, pitting her variety and form against Rybakina's power serving and experience in closely contested trader consensus.
