Las Vegas Aces and Minnesota Lynx lead the 2026 WNBA standings at 10-3, with New York Liberty close behind at 9-4 and Atlanta Dream at 8-4, reflecting strong early-season form, defensive efficiency, and favorable home/road splits. Dallas Wings and Indiana Fever sit just outside the top tier at 8-5, while expansion sides like Golden State Valkyries and Portland Fire hover near .500. Eight of 15 teams qualify for the postseason, which begins after the regular season ends September 24. Key upcoming factors include the July All-Star break, August 2 trade deadline, and potential injury or rest management that could shift momentum in the remaining 25-plus games per team. Trader consensus currently prices the top five squads as heavy favorites to advance based on these records and recent streaks.
