Free agent tight end David Njoku remains unsigned over a month into 2026 NFL free agency and post-Draft, fueling trader consensus around 50% implied probabilities for top suitors like the Carolina Panthers, Indianapolis Colts, Philadelphia Eagles, Houston Texans, and Jacksonville Jaguars. His February announcement ruling out a Cleveland Browns return—despite lingering dead cap—dropped their odds to 37.5%, while recent injury history (missing 11 games combined in 2024-25) has tempered bidding but highlighted value for TE-needy contenders with cap space and pass-catching voids. Eagles interest surfaced in March, Panthers deemed a strong fit amid their roster gaps, and widespread AFC South/NFC pursuits keep the veteran Pro Bowler's market tightly bunched amid ongoing negotiations.
