Washington Commanders lead the market at 45% implied probability due to Brandon Aiyuk’s longstanding ties to quarterback Jayden Daniels from their Arizona State days and general manager Adam Peters’ prior San Francisco connection. The 28-year-old wide receiver, recovering from a 2024 knee injury that sidelined him for all of 2025, has publicly signaled interest through social media while the 49ers voided 2026 contract guarantees in 2025 over rehab disputes. San Francisco has explored trades without success, citing Aiyuk’s low base salary and looming option bonus that complicate any deal, leaving release as the likely path to free agency. Teams such as the Packers, Ravens, and Vikings sit in the low-to-mid 20s as secondary options with receiver needs and cap flexibility, though they lack comparable personal or organizational links. Aiyuk’s limited recent production and the unresolved standoff between the sides keep the situation fluid heading into training camp.
