This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Cy Young Award. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Jacob Misiorowski and Cristopher Sanchez have separated slightly from a loaded NL field through mid-June, with the Brewers right-hander posting an MLB-leading 1.34 ERA, 131 strikeouts in 87 innings, and a 0.74 WHIP while Sanchez counters with 93.1 innings pitched, an 8-2 record, and a 1.54 ERA that includes an extended scoreless streak earlier in the year. Misiorowski’s 15-strikeout complete-game shutout on June 12 against the Phillies underscored his elite velocity and swing-and-miss stuff, keeping the two frontrunners within roughly seven percentage points in trader pricing. A deep supporting cast featuring Shohei Ohtani’s two-way impact, Paul Skenes’ prior Cy Young pedigree, and consistent seasons from Chris Sale and Yoshinobu Yamamoto has preserved competitive balance, preventing any single pitcher from pulling away decisively in the early-season consensus.
