Ligue 1 awards its UEFA Conference League play-off spot to the sixth-placed side, shifting to seventh if the Coupe de France winner already occupies a higher European berth. In the 2025-26 campaign, PSG secured the title while Lens, Lille, Lyon and Marseille occupied the top five, leaving a tight scrap for the Conference League allocation among Rennes, Monaco, Strasbourg and Toulouse. Goal difference, head-to-head results and late-season form ultimately decided the final positions, with the domestic cup outcome further shaping the exact pathway. Traders monitor official league confirmation and any tiebreaker clarifications, as small margins in the mid-table standings can shift implied probabilities for the qualifying club.
