Trader consensus prices Valtteri Bottas, Fernando Alonso, and Alexander Albon atop the Miami Grand Prix DHL Fastest Lap market at 44.5%, 42.5%, and 41.5%, reflecting intense competition among midfield runners amid major upgrade packages unveiled for Williams, Aston Martin, and Audi Sauber ahead of this post-break resumption. Mercedes' early-season dominance with Antonelli and Russell leading standings reduces frontrunners' incentive to risk late-race soft tire gambles for the bonus point on Miami's high-speed straights and 19-turn layout, favoring experienced one-lap specialists like Bottas and Alonso who can capitalize on fresh rubber strategies. Recent FIA tweaks to energy management promote aggressive qualifying and race pace, tightening the field and explaining the bunched implied probabilities across ten drivers above 35%.
