In the ATP Challenger Aix-en-Provence quarterfinals on clay, higher-ranked Ethan Quinn (#48, career-high) meets Yibing Wu (#100) in their first head-to-head matchup, with trader consensus leaning toward Wu due to his superior recent clay form. Wu captured the Sarasota Challenger title last week, defeating Stefan Dostanic in the final, and advanced here with a straight-sets win over Alexandre Muller, showcasing strong baseline play and 64.5% career clay win rate. Quinn, after a first-round bye, grinded out a comeback three-setter against Martin Landaluce, but holds just 41.7% ATP-level clay success amid early clay-season losses in Madrid and Monte-Carlo. No injuries reported; fatigue from Quinn's marathon could factor on the slower surface.
