Clement Tabur enters as the No. 6 seed and slight trader favorite on the Savannah Challenger hard courts, buoyed by his fresh title run at the Tallahassee Challenger final last week, where he defeated strong opponents like Michael Mmoh in straight sets en route to the crown, showcasing sharp clay-to-hard transition form at No. 167 in ATP rankings. J.J. Wolf, using protected ranking after a year-long injury hiatus that dropped him outside the top 1000, advanced past Thomas Faurel 6-3, 6-4 in the round of 32 but faces a stylistic test in their first head-to-head against the Frenchman's baseline consistency and recent momentum. Home-crowd edge for Wolf could factor, with no reported injuries; quarterfinal implications loom for the winner versus Nick Hardt.
