Teenage sensation Rafael Jodar, the 32nd seed ranked No. 34, holds trader consensus at 69% implied probability entering this ATP Rome quarterfinal on clay against No. 18 seed Luciano Darderi (No. 20), fueled by his breakout run including straight-sets wins over Matteo Arnaldi and Learner Tien to become Rome's youngest quarterfinalist in 21 years. Darderi, the home-crowd favorite, advanced via gritty upsets, saving four match points to edge Alexander Zverev after beating Tommy Paul, showcasing his clay prowess and redline potential. No head-to-head exists; Jodar's ruthless break-point conversion contrasts Darderi's comeback resilience amid Foro Italico energy and possible weather delays.
