In the ATP Challenger Abidjan 2 round of 16 on hard courts, fourth-seeded local hero Eliakim Coulibaly (No. 275) holds trader consensus edge over Karim Bennani (No. 575) thanks to his superior ranking, left-handed game, and strong venue history—highlighted by his historic 2025 title as Côte d'Ivoire's first Challenger champion. Coulibaly advanced efficiently past Oskar Brostrom Poulsen 6-2, 7-6(4) on April 28, leveraging home crowd support in Abidjan. The 23-year-old Moroccan teen Bennani, showing grit in a 6-7(4), 6-4, 6-2 comeback over Karan Singh, brings youth and recent qualifier momentum but faces a stylistic test against Coulibaly's experience; no head-to-head or injury concerns noted ahead of this best-of-three sets matchup.
