Carlos Alcaraz's decisive victory over Novak Djokovic in the 2026 Australian Open men's singles final—2–6, 6–2, 6–3, 7–5—has driven Polymarket trader consensus to 100% implied probability on the world No. 1 as champion, completing his career Grand Slam at age 22 as the youngest in Open Era history. As top seed, Alcaraz overcame an early deficit with relentless pace, precision baseline play, and hard-court adaptability in Melbourne, capitalizing on Djokovic's unforced errors late. Grigor Dimitrov exited in the first round to Tomas Machac, reflecting his limited deep-run threat. Official tournament certification eliminates realistic challenges like withdrawals or disputes, solidifying the resolved market outcome.
