This market will resolve to the team in Group E that records the most total goals through the group stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup competition. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official leader as determined by FIFA World Cup rules. If multiple leaders are announced then this market will resolve to the team that conceded fewer total goals during the group stage. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to the team that is listed first alphabetically. If the 2026 FIFA World Cup competition is cancelled, postponed after July 11, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no official leader declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from FIFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Germany's status as the clear frontrunner stems from its superior attacking depth, recent international scoring output, and favorable group-stage schedule against lower-ranked sides including Curaçao, Ivory Coast, and Ecuador. Traders view the four-time champions as the team most likely to rack up goals across three matches, reflecting the large gap in squad quality and historical performance against similar opposition. The other entrants face stiffer defensive challenges and less consistent finishing, keeping their implied probabilities lower despite potential for individual standout games. This pricing captures the wisdom of crowds assessing pre-tournament form, rankings, and stylistic matchups well before kickoff.
